Return Process

    Request Authorization

    Contact our support team with your invoice number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and protective foam to prevent transit damage.

  • 3.
    Shipping and Tracking

    Affix the RMA label clearly to the outside of the box and ship the item via a trackable courier service to our technical center.

  • 4.
    Testing and Resolution

    Our engineers will inspect and test the hardware within 48 hours of receipt to finalize your replacement unit or processed refund.
